The Lynx Fund is a so-called special fund governed by the Swedish Investment Funds Act (2004:46) (Swedish: lagen om investeringsfonder). The Lynx Fund does not comply with the provisions of the so-called UCITS Directive. The Bermuda domiciled Investment vehicles are mutual fund companies governed by the Bermudian Companies Act 1981.

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with information regarding the Lynx Fund or any other matter relating to this website (except as expressly provided below) shall be settled in accordance with Swedish law exclusively by Swedish courts. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with information regarding the Bermuda domiciled investment vehicles shall be settled in accordance with Bermuda law exclusively by the courts of Bermuda. Except for certain information related to market specific conditions and information related to the Bermuda domiciled investment vehicles, information is originally prepared in the Swedish language and translated into English.
